Tried hot pot for the first time. Place was simply great for Asian food lovers. Asian groceries and food of all kinds. Bread, bubble tea, sea foods, sweets, eggs etc… it’s nice to experience the hotpot with non and veggies.

It’s not the same anymore - years ago this is a recommended place to eat but now not anymore. I only recommend their dimsum and sushi. Their roasted duck rice is not good :( Combo rice meal was okay except the soup. Good selection of food though hopefully taste would be better overall.

Amazing!!! U feel like u have traveled to east Asia 🌏 the smell, the food, the signs . Great experience I keep coming back and show my friends. Loves their peach/jasmine cold drink from the bakery down stairs tastes like heaven. I also love the fried red bean sesame balls. The grocery store up stairs have everything u could ever think off 🤌✨️✨️, plus fresh fruits, veggies, and fish (seafood) all alive u can pick like a mini aquarium haha .

Disappointing Experience at Wenchao Hypermarket Food Hall I had high hopes for the food hall at Wenchao Hypermarket, especially since I was craving some good Korean food. Unfortunately, my experience was nothing short of a disaster. Firstly, the moment we walked in, we were hit by an unpleasant smell that lingered throughout our visit. It was hardly the welcoming atmosphere one would expect when dining out. We decided to try the Poached Sliced Beef in Hot Chili Oil, and it was an absolute mess. The dish was drenched in oil, making it impossible to enjoy. The beef itself was bland and lacked any distinct taste. It was more like a bowl of oily disappointment than a flavorful Korean dish. Next, we had the Korean Crispy Chicken, which turned out to be the worst chicken I have ever tasted. The chicken was far from crispy and had an off-putting texture. The seasoning was virtually non-existent, leaving us with a tasteless, unappetizing plate. Overall, the food hall at Wenchao Hypermarket failed to deliver on every front. The unpleasant smell, coupled with poorly prepared and tasteless dishes, makes it a place I cannot recommend to anyone. Save your time and money, and look elsewhere if you're in the mood for Korean cuisine.

This is my asian go-to place BEFORE the incident that happened today, I was about to finish the pink peach yakult drink that I bought when I noticed that there was a SMALL INSECT/ FLY inside, so I immediately inform the staff/manager and I’m so upset with her response.. She just told me that my drink is almost finish (then she turn her back on me) & then she suddenly came to my table & told me that the insect went inside my drink because it was sweet & because I opened it?? Like?? I was eating & drinking in your place/table.. I wasn’t even strolling around the vicinity like how can you tell me that IT WASN’T YOUR SHOP’S FAULT?? like you could’ve say sorry to me ATLEAST but instead you keep pushing that it wasn’t there for sure & that you made it “freshly” where in FACT IT WAS THERE, THERE’S AN INSECT INSIDE. I hope you’ll be more responsible & understanding with your customer. We don’t care about the money, I wasn’t even asking for replacement drink or a refund. I JUST CARE ABOUT THE HYGIENE & OUR/MY SAFETY THAT I HOPE YOU WOULD UNDERSTAND AND THINK ABOUT. Great service doesn’t cause anything. Good luck & God Bless.
